Christina M. Buonomo is a Massachusetts native and graduated cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.S. in psychology and pre-med. She then attended the New England College of Optometry where she interned at many local hospitals and clinics such as: the Boston and Jamaica Plain VA Hospitals, and the Lynn, East Boston, and Joseph Smith community health centers. She also spent time interning at Capital Eye Consultants of VA where she managed post-cataract patients. Before joining Advanced Eye Centers, Dr. Buonomo worked with patients in a private practice environment. She loves family-oriented care and treasures the deep personal connections she makes with her patients and their families.
